BÍSN or the Association of Icelandic students was formed in the year 1979. It now has 6 member schools at higher education level in Iceland. The organisation is an umbrella organisation which tries to improve the every day life of students in our country. We represent students in the board of the Icelandic Student loan fund, provide them with housing, enable them access to grants (like Leonardo) and much more.
