This publication brings together the key findings from ESU's 'Towards an EQF' Project which reached its conclusion in April 2008.  Entitled 'Final report: The European Qualifications Framework from a Stakeholder Perspective', it summarises the key points from the five national case studies and outlines the main messages that need to be taken into account if successful implementation of the EQF at national level is to become a reality.
