ESU has recently published its first ever Student Union Development Handbook.  Funded by the Council of Europe and written by ESU's Student Union Development Committee, the handbook is designed to be a capacity building tool to help student unions to learn from one another, to develop new skills and strengthen other areas of working.  It forms a major part of ESU's objectives for 2009 by leading us clearly towards a stronger student movement.
